Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a lot of hidden terms and conditions which they will only tell you few weeks to your event, thereby putting you under pressure to meet up. The Owner, managers as well as Yvonne are very rude. Till date, she has refused to give us a refund of hours not used as earlier agreed. I personally won't recommend this venue, I regret ever using the hall.
