Ampak Hall is located in the Alausa area of Ikeja and is a purposely built auditorium in a serene and secured environment with full AC and suitable for all kind of occasions. Our venue has a capacity of 400 Banquet style and 600 Theatre style. Type of occasions that can be hosted in this hall include birthday, wedding reception, funeral, Marital Vows, Seminars, Meetings, Dinners and Gala Night e.t.c

Policy
Deposit:
50 percent deposit any balance must be paid at least 2 weeks before your event
Cancellation:
40 percent of total amount will be charged for any cancellation made on full payment.
Rules:
NGN40,000 refundable deposit for damages must be paid 28days before event date.
No slaying of any animal on premises
No cooking of any sort on premises
No pounding of yam on premises
Caterers, drink handler, decorators, photographers, camera men, videographer and musician band managers must be briefed by the manager at least 3 days before the event.
No spillage of guest beyond the hall or an extra charge will apply.
Items left on premises after event will attract a penalty fee of NGN5,000/day and must NOT exceed 3days otherwise they will be disposed.
Ampak Hall is not liable for any loss of property the hirer should ensure care of all properties and valuables.
Ampak Hall reserves the right for any of its staff to access the hall at any time during events.

Facilities - 400 White plastic armless and Banquet chairs, 50 tables (round and square), a changing room, a storage room, AC, 100KVA generator, 4 rest rooms, 3 LCD screens, CCTV surveillance, Engagement chairs and tables for the couple's and couple's parents.
Opening Hours: The hall is opened from 7am to 6:30pm. Extra hour usage is available at NGN10,000/hr.

My family used this venue over the weekend. The hall was okay for us, we only had issues as many of the hall workers were reluctant to work. Thank God my younger ones were around to help out. Parking was good, we didn't use the TV because they said we have to bring our own media person that will handle it. At some point 2 ACs stopped working but that was towards the end of the event. They need to train there staff.

I seriously don't know how people use this hall, with so many pillars inside. I attended a birthday there over the weekend and it wasn't cool at all. The only good side i see about it is the fact that the hall is affordable, also initially the ACs where chilling but as soon as the hall got full it became hot inside. Guess they need to service the ACs.
