Policy
Deposit:
Deposit Policy
Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is made.
We accept 40% of the charge as our deposit fee

Cancellation:
Cancellation and Postponment Policy
Cancellation one month before event attract full refundable policy
Cancellation 2weeks before events attracts a non refundable policy
Cancellation 3weeks before events attracts 50% deposit refundable policy
Same applies for postponment.

Rules:
Our power supply duration is only for 7hours, additional time attracts additional fee of N50,000 per hour
All events must shut down by 9pm and all vendors much vacate premises with their equipment before 11pm.
Rentals of chairs and canopies are not allowed in our premises as we already made provisions for the required ones
All vendors are to comply with our guiding rules and regulations of safety on our properties and we equally charge a refundable caution fee for all vendors in case of damages.
Our hall capacity is 600guests, and we do not encourage going beyond the capacity stipulated as we will accept no responsibility for any customer complaint if this should happen.

I must comment on the air cooling system, at some point I had to request for the one near me be turned off, the hall was extra cooled even with the crowd inside. Thanks Scandik but you need to work more on space for car park, I know you are trying with the lastma officials but you need more space for cars, this hall is too beautiful not to have enough car park space. All in all, it's a beautiful centre I will always recommend you guys.
