Description Situated in a serene environment, Sapphire Room is a multi-purpose room perfect for trainings, workshops, seminars, networking event and conferences. It is outfitted with state of the art facilities, customizable on meetings purpose and easily accessible.
Policy
Cancellation:
Guests may cancel their Booking until 14 days before the event start time at a cost and will receive a refund (minus a 15% administrative charge) of their Booking Price.
Guests may also cancel their booking 7 days before the event start time amd receive a 50% refund (excluding 15% administrative charges) of their booking price.
Booking cancellations submitted less than 72 hours before yhe event start time are non-refundable.

All bookings are subject to VOY's grace period policy which provides refunds for bookings cancelled within 6 hours from the receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 14 days prior to the event start time. Note that a 15% administrative cost will apply under such circumstances.
