Our top-quality events hall can host 400 people theatre style, and 270 people banquet style arrangements respectively. Our Hall is equipped with the amenities that will make your time with us memorable.

Policy
Deposit:
To reserve services on the date requested for the main Events’ Hall, and our other facilities, The Thrive Place Ltd requires a contract to be signed by both parties, and with at least an initial deposit of 50% down payment of full cost for usage of the Hall. The remaining balance full payment is due, at least two weeks before the actual use of the hall, in addition to Twenty Thousand Naira deposit (NGN 20,000) (refunded when it is certified that there were no damages/breaches at the end of the event).
Cancellation:
One week window is allowed for any confirmed booking to be cancelled and 20% charge to be deducted
Rules:
Clients and Associates are not allowed over night stay without reserved accommodation
Duration for events is 8 hours not later 6pm (extra charges for 15,000 per hour until 8pm).

The Thrive Place Ltd does not accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of any articles or property left at The Thrive Place Ltd, prior to, during, or after the event.
The CLIENT agrees to be responsible for any damage done to The Thrive Place Ltd by the CLIENT, his guests, invitees, employees or other agents under the CLIENT’s control.
Thrive Place Limited.
The Thrive Place Ltd does not accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of any articles or property left at The Thrive Place Ltd, prior to, during, or after the event.
The CLIENT agrees to be responsible for any damage done to The Thrive Place Ltd by the CLIENT, his guests, invitees, employees or other agents under the CLIENT’s control.
