DescriptionIf you are planning towards a Not-So-Big-But-Big-Enough event, The Ostra Hall and Hotel OSH hall is highly recommended. With a capacity of 100 people, this hall makes adequate provision for all of your guests. The hall provides very comfortable banquet chairs which can be arranged to suit the kind of events you plan to host. For events such as seminars, workshops and lectures, multimedia equipment such as a projector, a writing board and sound system are provided. Your guests do not have to worry about availability of restrooms as this hall provides very neat male and female toilets. Security at the event centre is handled by well-trained security guards. The hall also provides stable power supply during the duration of its use. The fairly large compound serves as ample parking space for about 80 cars. The hall is open for use from 7am to 7pm every day. An extension of the stipulated time attracts a surcharge of N500 for every minute spent. You will be required to pay an initial deposit of 50% which should be balanced at least two weeks before your event. A caution deposit of 10000 is also required and will be refunded 5 days after the function if it has been certified that nothing was damaged during the function.

Policy
Deposit:
50 percent deposit, balance to be paid at least two weeks before the event.
Cancellation:
In event of cancellation of a function less than 6 weeks to the date of the function, 50 percent of the total estimated cost will be charged. Cancellation above 6 weeks before the function attracts 25 percent of the total estimated cost of the function.
Rules:
The hall usage will be from 7am to 7pm of the same day. Any function beyond the stipulated time schedule will attract surcharge of 500 per every minute spent.
Others:
A refund of 10000 will be given back to the client 5 days after the function only if it has been certified that nothing was damaged during the function. The use of fire crackers smoke units and naked wires are not allowed inside the hall.
