Description
Pelican Events Pointe is a multipurpose event center with indoor and outdoor facilities. Motayo Hall, with a sitting capacity of 500 guests banquet style and 1,000 conference theater sitting style. Our facilities also include additional space such as a storage room for equipment and cooling room for drinks. All Halls are fully air-conditioned. Equipped with a dedicated transformer and high capacity generator.

Policy
Deposit:
To secure a firm booking, a minimum of 50percent Non refundable cost of the venue must be paid one week from the date of the booking, and the balance payable one month after the initial payment. Where the event is less than two months from the date of booking, full payment must be received one week prior to the actual event date.
Cancellation:
Within 6 months prior to the event full refund of booking fees charged.
Within 3months prior to event only 75percent of your deposit amount will be refunded.
Less than 4weeks prior to the event only 50percent of your deposit value will be refunded.

Rules:
Period of hire of this hall is 8hours per day.
Hirers must obtain permission from Pelican Events Pointe Management prior to moving any items of furniture and undertake to restore all to their original locations.
Facility rentals will be held liable for damages made to our facilities during your event.

Any caterers contracted by the booking party must be noted as a fee for use of the kitchen area applies.
A refundable deposit of NGN25,000 will be required to cover any damages that may occure from the use of the catering spaces, this will be refunded on successful inspection of the kitchen area.
Access to venue is provided from as early as 600pm on the day prior to your event for you to decorate and set up. Please use existing features and do not knock anything into the walls without express permission as you may otherwise forfeit your damage deposit.
